You will require the information sent to you from Payroll that contained your username, email address, and employee number.



Step 1 - Setting a password


Once your contract commences an account will be created for you. To access it you will need to have the mobile phone that is recorded on your application. You will require the information sent to you from Payroll that contained your username, email address, and employee number to complete this step.

Step 2 - Configuring MFA 


It is one of our primary duties to ensure Staff and Student data is secure. To this end there are many systems within the Catholic network that will require the use of Multi Factor Authentication. Please follow this guide to setup MFA on your choice of mobile device.

Step 3 - Employee Self Service


Our Employee Self Service portal is used to manage all aspects related to reimbursement, time and claims. MFA is required to be setup before accessing ESS. Please check your personal information, availability and preferences for working locations are correct. You will require the information sent to you from Payroll that contained your username, email address, and employee number to complete this step.

Step 5 - Accessing Microsoft Teams


Our primary tool for collaboration is Microsoft Teams. Once you have access to your emails the same account is used for Teams access.
