How to log a Service Desk Ticket
Freshservice helps manage reported ICT problems raised by staff at CE. It manages tickets, incidents, service requests and user communication.
This instruction walks you through the process of reporting a technical problem to ICT.
1. Open your web browser and visit this website: cgcatholic.freshservice.com.
2. Select Login from the top right corner of the web page.

3. Log in with CG account (Select Sign in with SSO).

4. This will take you to the CE login page. Enter your CE Username and CE Password. Click Sign in.

5. Choose which method of verification you would like to use. Press Select.

6. Once verification is successful, the Freshservice website will be visible on screen.
7. You can choose from the followings options:
- Browse help articles.
- Report an issue.
- Request a service.
- Approve requests.
In this case we want to report a problem (this is the most common request). Select Report an Issue.

8. When logging an Incident please include as much detail as possible.
9. When you type in the subject you may find the answer to your question (displayed on the right hand side of the screen). Press Submit when finished.
