Hi, The new user has been created in the following areas: Active Directory Compass Canvas SharePoint ViVi 5 days from the new staff members start date the accounts allowing access to email and Teams will be created and they will be sent instruction on how to logon. We would request that on their first day they are brought to SFX ICT to be onboarded and logged into their laptop. This should take no more than 30 minutes. Kind regards, ICT Team.

STEPS TO DOWNLOAD ViVi: Open any browser in the laptop (recommended – Google Chrome) Browse: https://www.vivi.io/downloads/  and click on Windows 3.7.4 as highlighted below:           3. Once you click on “Windows 3.7.4” it will automatically download the latest version of ViV.       4. Go to Downloads and double click on downloaded file named as “ViVi-Setup-3.7.4”
