Manuka Meeting Room Bookings - Best Practice
When booking meetings in the SCPC rooms, it is encouraged to assess whether the meeting should be made private.
Making the meeting private will ensure that only invitees will be able to see the full details, including the names of other attendees and meeting subject matter.
How it looks in New Outlook:
On the initial meeting creation panel, the Private option can be selected from the ribbon.

You will know it is active as the lock icon will close.

In Classic Outlook, private mode is also represented by a Lock icon in the ribbon:

And when it is active, it will show as highlighted in grey.

This process will be at the discretion of the staff member creating the meeting and will ensure sensitive information is not accessible to all Manuka staff at a glance.
