Teams Calling - Reception - Transfer calls to Accounts and Accounts Payable

This article contains instructions for transferring calls to the mobile phones of Accounts and Accounts Payable

From the call window, click Transfer

Enter either Accounts or Accounts Payable to search.

The mobile numbers are listed as Accounts - Forward to Mobile and Accounts Payable - Forward to Mobile, you will notice they have a headset icon.

Select the appropriate contact and then click the Transfer button.

Tip: After the first time you transfer a call to each contact, you can find them again by searching for Forward
