Teams Calling - Voicemail
A default Voicemail policy is applied to all CE Manuka Teams calling users.
If a call is routed to your voicemail, the caller will hear a system generated message: "*Your name* is currently unavailable, please leave a message after the tone, when you have finished, please hang up or press the pound key for more options"
You can access your voicemails though the Teams app by selecting the calls tab and selecting Voicemail. Select a voicemail, you can play the audio or read the transcript in the right-hand pane.
You will also receive a copy of the audio and transcript by email.
If you wish to change any voicemail settings, such as recording a customised greeting, Click in the ellipsis (...) icon and choose Settings.
Select Calls then scroll down to Manage Voicemail. You can also manage your out of office voicemail from this section
