Teams calling - How to opt into a call queue

This article applies to CE Manuka staff who are a member of a Teams calling call queue.

1. Open Microsoft Teams

2. Click on the Teams tab

3. Select the team associated with the Call Queue

4. Click on the Calls tab

5. Slide to toggle next to your name to the on position. You are now opted into the queue.

6. You can also use this screen to see who else is available in the queue
